We are looking for motivated students. SAIL works on efficient and trustworthy multimodal foundation models: vision-language models, physical AI, and AI security.

What you can expect. In the lab's first year, seven student-first-author papers were submitted to top AI conferences, four were released on arXiv, and one was co-authored with UIUC. Undergraduate researchers lead their own projects with close advising from the professor.

Graduate students (M.S. / Ph.D. / integrated). Send an e-mail to hyesong@ssu.ac.kr with your CV, transcript, and two or three sentences on which of our papers interests you and why.

Undergraduate researchers. Send an e-mail with your transcript and the courses you have taken in programming, machine learning, or linear algebra. No research experience is required.
